Throughout these terms, “BODYNSKINCO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the sole trader identified above. “You” and “your” refer to anyone visiting our website or purchasing from us.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to operate this store. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and BODYNSKINCO, not Shopify.

These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, create an account or purchase products from us.

Our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy also apply and are available through the links in the footer of our website.

Please read these terms before using the website or placing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

You must use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the website’s operation or security.

You must not introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or connected systems; use the website fraudulently; or reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate, complete and current.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability information are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, display settings and manufacturing variations. Product packaging may also differ from photographs where a supplier or manufacturer updates it.

Any product dimensions and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

We may update or discontinue products and correct genuine errors in product information. These provisions do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

  1. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement or confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we confirm that we have accepted your order.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, fraud is suspected or delivery cannot be completed to the supplied address.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot accept, we will refund it using the original payment method.

Please review your contact, delivery and order information carefully before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if anything needs correcting.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in British pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

If an obvious pricing error occurs and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

  1. DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery periods and charges will be shown at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and ordinarily no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

We may use third-party suppliers, fulfilment providers and delivery carriers. Your purchase contract remains with BODYNSKINCO.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession or to a person you have nominated to receive them, other than a carrier chosen independently by you.

Please contact us if an order is substantially delayed, lost or arrives damaged.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

For most online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods and then return them within a further 14 days.

Certain exceptions apply, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken.

Change-of-mind return postage may be the customer’s responsibility where this was disclosed before purchase. We cover reasonable return costs for qualifying faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Nothing in these terms or our policies restricts your statutory rights.

  1. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact us promptly with your order details. We will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law, which may include a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances.

  1. ACCOUNTS

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity undertaken through your account.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The text, graphics, photographs, layout and other website content are owned by us or used with permission from their respective owners.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not copy, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit website content without the permission of the relevant rights holder.

These terms and any contract between you and BODYNSKINCO are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and your mandatory local consumer protections remain unaffected.
